While I appreciate the effort to create these organic confections, I am severely allergic to Stevia. Please let me know if you come up with another way to sweeten these chocolates. I’ll be first in line to try them.

I love Phi Kind truffles. Taste is very good. Texture is smooth. Not too sweet as I do not eat sugar that truffles are good for me.

I was interested in trying this but for me, stevia was a big flag. Do you know how many of us are allergic to that stuff? Anyone with ragweed allergies is also allergic to stevia to some degree. I get excited every time I see one of these products only to find they use stevia. At least you are honest and call it what it is and not by some made-up name like some of the others do.
