Created by our lead chocolatier, Ruben Ortega, these triple-layered truffles are exactly what you would expect from the world’s best ice cream - without the sugar.Â
Pistachio Butter
We carefully selected the best raw (and of course, organic) pistachios - which we coarsely ground into a butter to highlight their wonderful texture. Â
We balanced the blend by adding a touch of celtic grey sea salt, a hint of fragrant organic vanilla from Papua New Guinea and a dash of our RatioSweet organic monkfruit extract.
Lemongrass Ginger
A simple, yet exotic flavor with subtle complexities make these truffles irresistible. Fresh ginger essence with a touch of lemongrass-infused into our silky-smooth, creamy truffle filling.
Orange CreamsicleÂ
Smooth and creamy truffles full of orange flavor using real orange juice and orange essence;Â enhanced with organic MCT oil and our house made coconut butter.
