Sometimes, the best things in life are simple. Although there’s nothing simple about our 85% dark chocolate.
A light dusting of fleur de sel sea salt only makes it better!
From the cacao carefully sourced from the high mountains of Peru to the fragrant vanilla from Papua New Guinea we only use the very best ingredients.
By using a low-temperature stone grinding process that takes nearly 3 days start to finish we are able to preserve the delicate flavors and nutrients in the best cacao in the world.
Earl Grey Truffles.
Indulge in the essence of earl grey tea in one of the dreamiest truffles we make.
It all starts by blending the very best organic bergamot essence with our smoothest Peruvian raw cacao.
These truffles are decorated with a touch of organic blue spirlunia - you wont taste it, but WOW do these truffles shine!
70% White Rose Truffles.
Dreamy, silky smooth 70% coconut cream chocolate transformed into a buttery ganache using MCT oil and coconut oil.
We simply add a few drops of the best white rose essence in the world sourced and distilled in France.
Over 100 roses were used to make one batch of these truffles.
Cherry Almond
Butter Truffles.
We start with our stone-ground, organic house almond butter...
Then we added ripe, organic tart cherries.
