Cinnamon Chia Seed Applesauce Recipe for Optimal Digestion

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to take the time to share with you what I have found to be the most nutritionally-dense, fiber-rich, delicious applesauce! Simple recipe to follow for quick and easy enjoyment! A perfect dish to create before a road-trip, or for light breakfast in the coming spring mornings. Enjoy!


Cinnamon Chia Seed Applesauce:

3-4 Green Apples
1 Tsp Chopped Ginger
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Clove
Pinch of Salt
2-3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
Cut your apples into quarters and throw all ingredients EXCEPT for the Chia Seeds into the blender.
Blend until smooth and tasty, then stir in the Chia Seeds.
Let sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes for the Chia Seeds to properly Hydrate.
